TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of service and cancellation policy

For daytrips and overnight trips onboard MV Lapat (diving, snorkeling):

  1. Similan Seven Sea Club will refund the full amount paid by the customer if Similan Seven Sea Club has to cancel a trip or course set out below:
    Similan Seven Sea Club reserves the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any plan without notice when local conditions force such changes.
  2. Similan Seven Sea Club will not accept financial responsibility if a customer requires emergency evacuation and the boat must return to land.
  3. All deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the excursion or course.
  4. All outstanding balances must be paid in full to Similan Seven Sea Club prior to departure or before the course starts. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before an excursion or course starts, there will be no refund.
  5. If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the start of the excursion, the deposit is refundable, and Similan Seven Sea Club may refund the outstanding balance when paid. Similan Seven Sea Club will deduct 10% transfer fees from the refunded amount.
  6. If a guest decides not to dive or snorkel due to ear problems, seasickness, or other conditions that are not related to Similan Seven Sea Club, there will be no refund.

For Liveaboard MV Camic:

  1. Similan Seven Sea Club will refund the full amount paid by the customer if Similan Seven Sea Club has to cancel a trip or course set out below:
    Similan Seven Sea Club reserves the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary or to cancel or substitute elements of any plan without notice when local conditions force such changes.
  2. Similan Seven Sea Club will not accept financial responsibility if a customer requires emergency evacuation and the boat must return to land.
  3. The deposit paid by the customer to confirm the booking is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the day the liveaboard is due to depart.
  4. All outstanding balances must be paid in full to Similan Seven Sea Club prior to departure or before the course starts. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before a liveaboard or course starts, there will be no refund.
  5. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the liveaboard cruise, the deposit is refundable and Similan Seven Sea Club may refund the outstanding balance, when paid. Similan Seven Sea Club will deduct 10% transfer fees from refunded amount.
  6. If a customer decides not to dive or snorkel due to ear problems, seasickness, or other conditions that are not related to Similan Seven Sea Club, there will be no refund. Similan Seven Sea Club will not refund skipped dives for any reason.

Liability

  • Guests are expected to observe the Similand Seven Sea Club policies, including all the safety rules and regulations, warning and danger signs, and using its facilities. Guests shall therefore be solely liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or death that may occur due to the negligence, willful act, or disregard of the same by the guest.
  • Guests shall be responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables and personal belongings. Similan Seven Sea Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest's valuables and personal belongings.
  • Similan Seven Sea Club shall not be liable to the guests by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if the reason for the delay or failure is a force majeure.

By making a booking with Similan Seven Sea Club, you agree to accept these terms of service and cancellation policy.
